Good Place
This is a good place overall but there are a lot of young couples and bachelor types living here that are very loud and inconsiderate to the people around them. There is also the issue of having a giant wifi box in the middle of the wall that sticks out a eye sore amount. Beyond that there is a lot of space to cost here and I've never had a issue with a package being stolen when ordering something online.

I have live here for a few years now I really enjoy the apt and that there is a park next door the staff goes out of there way to help if they can I do like the small town life
room for improvement
I have lived here for 10 plus years. Since then, we have lost live in management, no community room, poor cleaning service and walls have not been touched up. Also, entrances have not been shoveled , espcially in emergency exits. This year we had 4 fire alarms go off, some due to poor maintenance on elevator. too many dogs without owners picking up droppings. Sorry for the poor review, but its a shame to have such a beautiful facility go down hill.

I have lived here for almost. for 4 yrs. I am very happy with my apt and the people around here. I like the small town the Management or Maintenance will work to get things done. I am glad I am still living here.

When we first moved in the previous residents left a mess, didn't leave on time, and the Staff that was working on the exit portion of them leaving didn't bother to say anything needed fixing. Now that we have been moved in for a few months Maintinance has come in 3 times to fix the issues we are having and quickly too.
