Awesome place

I love living here. It has been an amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet, and secure. I had accidentally left for vacation and forgot to lock my apartment and when I came home nothing was touched. Thanks for renting to me!

Over rated for the money

It seems like tenants are allowed to stay here BUT they dare not "live" here. People seem to be afraid to 'live' in this property, there is little to no evidence that show people 'live here' BUT one can see from packed cars, mail delivery that people 'stay here" but they dare not 'live here'

Poor management

Poor management on site. Nothing gets fixed. Since Christine took over, the building is never clean. Rent goes up and cleanliness and amenities go down.
