The rent for this property is excessively high considering the unit's features. It includes outdated, old bathtubs with toilet height too low for adults & no bathroom handrails. Vanity features a non-functional double sink with too-low bathroom cabinets with no drawers. The kitchen sink is an old style without food waste disposal and has an outdated water tap. Although the property was marketed as including wireless internet in the rent, this feature has been removed, yet the rent has significantly increased. Gym has 3-4 very old, frequently malfunctioning equipment. Overall, this property is too costly for what it offers.

Rewrite: This apartment complex attracts residents with promises of amenities like internet, a gym, outdoor BBQ area, surface parking, underground parking, and a community room. However, once residents move in, they often face challenges such as prolonged internet outages, broken gym equipment, unpleasant-smelling water, and particles in the drinking water without any explanation. Maintenance issues take a long time to resolve, and when they are fixed, residents may find themselves unexpectedly faced with a large repair bill. The manager's communication style includes issuing threats and sermons, creating a restrictive and authoritarian atmosphere. Additionally, residents are unfairly charged hefty fines for minor issues, such as requesting a replacement parking permit or garage opener. This environment can leave residents feeling as if they merely exist in the space rather than truly living there, leading to a sense of invisibility and unease.

I love living here. It has been an amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet, and secure. I had accidentally left for vacation and forgot to lock my apartment and when I came home nothing was touched. Thanks for renting to me!

It seems like tenants are allowed to stay here BUT they dare not "live" here. People seem to be afraid to 'live' in this property, there is little to no evidence that show people 'live here' BUT one can see from packed cars, mail delivery that people 'stay here" but they dare not 'live here'
