The noise for this location is a ten (way more than five)

The management and maintenance in the towers are above par, the greatest, if only the concierge and the people who think they know it all about the security of the building would pay them the respect they deserve. Erika is a fifty if Bo Derek is a ten, she is hot, smart, and kwel, and Janelle as the others like Juan are the best! Only the privacy and security is in jeapordy from people trying to win brownie points. Also, Carmel or the lady in charge of cleaning is above par, top notch, fifteen plus more! She keeps the laundry rooms and the levels clean, though the stair wells remain a scary mystery run by the concierge and those who will not patrol them. I am not against marijuana, though I don't like trafficking to buy and sell marijuana, only a few like 1031 on the tenth floor actually sell weed to run a business--I say, don't judge the others for their usage because maybe it is like alcohol to them--they like it and it is just recreational--I don't clear all the medical but think the weed should be recreational--but who should make a living from our recreational lifestyles? Should 1031, or someone else tell girls or women or men who will succumb to the wims or demands of the male population who think they are Muslim or in charge run the lives and choices of the people living and trying to just live in our towers? Hell, fucking "no!" I say! Get rid of the people who think they are the men running the lives of women and people in the Cambridge Towers, let us make our own decisions! The only thing I say is why should any one have to smell smoke of any kind in the brand new hallways? find another way to filter the dope! Don't make me smell your smoke, so I choke--then I won't vote against you! That's what I say. That man in 1031 has made other people sell marijuana for him, so he could make a living--F Him! Make him go away! I prefer a prostitute to the pimp forcing a woman into living like a whore--make him be the whore, not the woman! End the DAY OF HIM!

after the renovations

I have to say the peace and quiet and the quality of life style has greatly improved up on the tenth floor, since the renovations have been nearly completed. Neighbors are happier about the elegant look and appearance, visitors make nice comments, and the general lifestyle has upgraded with the upgrades.

The management and their kindness, professionalism, and fairmindedness is above reproach. Maintenance is highly professional. They hire professionals like plumbers instead of trying to do it all.

Cambridge

My fiancé and myself just moved into these apartments in January with our 7 month old son. It is our first apartment and I enjoy it. The staff is excellent and respectful, it is a very quiet place and everybody gets along fine. No disturbances, very clean, and beautiful view of the strip and downtown. The area itself is a bit bad but over all just be safe and cautious.

I'm in love, I feel loved

Pinnacle took over the property a few months ago, it was in shambles, creepy, and neglected. They are renovating everything, my home was renovated, making it wonderful and perfect. I love my home. Most of all I love the people that comprise of the management of Pinnacle, they are to-die for. They will do backflips for those who pay their rent and care about their home. I have always felt like a valued customer. Any concerns over maintenance issues are responded to within 24 hours, sometimes in just a few minutes! The halls are torn up, but the renovations are worth it, and the people get a little happier day by day. This place is so Pinnacle, it is like a miracle. Sure, it will take time, however, they aren't wasting any time. I trust those people with my secrets and my life. Pinnacle has hired private security, a concierge, the cat's pajamas! It is great because there is 24/7 security, privacy, and everyone is treated like a person not a bother. If you are looking for a community to live in, not just a building, not just a bunch of rooms, you might want to spend a few extra hours considering Cambridge Apartments. I hope this helps you make a decision to take a closer look. I love my home.
