Interesting place and location
Good afternoon to everyone. I have been living here for almost nine years. This is my experience. My wife and now my son live here and really enjoy the location and the campus. I campus is kept clean as much as the staff can make it. Nevertheless there are tenants that do not respect the rest and do not clean after their pets. The fitness center and pool are clean and well kept. I would say that 65% to 75% of the tenants are really chill and pretty much keep to themselves. The only issue I have is with the rent and how the utilities are charged. First, I understand that the utilities are charged per rented apartment. However it fluctuates especially the water. I do not think that charging more to the rest of the units is fair when there is empty units in that specific building. my wife, son and I use the same in the winter and summer and it fluctuates between $45 to $98. Second is the rent. I completely understand that price is determined by the market. Also i understand that ab owner or corporate needs to follow renter policy. Nevertheless corporate or owner should be considerate with the long time tenants that have been here for a long time and give them some incentives, upgrades, discounts, etc. Especially these past 3 to 4 years, everything has gotten expensive and the last thing that anybody needs to worry is the money for rent. Yet this is the reality that everyone faces today. Thank you and I hope everyone has a great day.

Best location!
Paramount Apartments is the best location, as Las Vegas continues to grow, as it is close to 15 fwy, 215 fwy, the strip, Southwest, Summerlin, and all the places needed. Property is a bit older but overall great!
