Lived here for about two years now. best thing this place has going for it is the location and proximity to stores, restaurants and the gym, which is why I have stayed. Other than that it is just average.

Over 20 years here now !!!

My husband and I have been here since April 2003. The staff, both office and maintenance, have been friendly, professional and caring. Our apartment was recently renovated and all maintenance requests have been promptly resolved. The property is well maintained, very quiet, and ideally located with bus stops nearby and grocery stores, banks and 2 malls within walking distance. My only 4 stars for "Value" is due to the high rent, but this unfortunately is a Las Vegas-wide phenomenom.

Overall Good Experience

Have lived here 2 separate times over the last 6 years. I ended up moving back if that tells you anything. The complex is generally very quiet and neighbors are friendly and respectful to one another. Maintenance never takes long when I'm having issues and the landscaping is kept well groomed and maintained. If I had to say one thing I didn't love, it would be the package and mailroom. We've had issues with things not being delivered or dropped off on the floor of the mailroom because of limited space.

I like living here, i have been here about a year and half. We love it, its quiet and the maintenance crew are fantastic. I put in a request and the next day its taken care of. Over all the apt is great. Its one of largest floorplans around. Great place to live
