Resort living with excellent value

Picerne - The Fairways - feels like a resort. The pools and grounds are always clean. The staff is attentive and helpful. Everyone is friendly here. Parking is always available. The gym is well outfitted, cool and has many stations. I have never had to wait to get on the equipment that I wanted to use. They have a small common room that has free coffee. Very nice.

Good Location

South area parking is crowded, but North area has plenty of parking spaces. Although the North end of Bldg. 17 could use a car port. The community is comfortable and I like the access to the public park.

Nice area

I have lived in these apartments for eight years and for the most part everything has been great. The location is great and usually no issues with any of the residents or staff or the surrounding neighbourhood. Older apartments slowly being upgraded as people move in and move out
