This place is one of the nicest complexes I've lived in, Amenities are all extremely high quality, apartment floorplans are extra spacious and staff are all very nice. Best place I've lived in hands down.

Great Staff

In my 3rd year. Will not renew due to very noisy neighbor above me. Great staff and location. Average value for the cost but most of all ceilings are old and you can hear everything above your head. If you move here, don't live on first floor!! Especially if a large dog and totally disrespectful person lives above you. Lowest end appliances unless an upgraded apartment is available. Still, the office staff, maintenance team and safe location can make this a great place to live on the second floor with upgraded appliances. Rents are overvalued everywhere and no exception here but probably on the lower end of overvalued in the area. My upstairs neighbor, low end appliances and noisy ceilings aside, definitely 4 stars for overall experience. I cannot express enough the great service from the office and the maintenance staff!!!
