Great Staff

2.5 years here and the single best part is the onsite staff. They are very attentive, professional and helpful. The maintenance team is always fast. Excellent location and grounds are very well kept. Rent to value is above average. Unfortunately, the ground floors deal with hearing the upstairs neighbors walking more than should be expected. I definitely recommend The Covington but strongly suggest taking an upstairs unit if you are able to. The upgraded units are better as the older ones have the most basic appliances available.
