Anonymous on Aug 29, 2023apartment has tons on room, maintenance replies quickly, and has just enough shaded parking for the residents but on occasion it seems that there are extra residents, maybe guests from other Picerne properties, not sure. Non-resident parking gets filled fast and can be a pain.

In addition, Picerne offers a variety of special days such as breakfast on the go, pie day, food drives and so much more. Maintenance requests are handled 1quickly and efficiently. The location is minutes away from the major freeways.
