Tips for Renting in Henderson
According to NRS 118A.300, short term rental charges for rentals of 1 month, can be increased by the landlord with 15 day notice in advance of the first rental payment. Prospective tenants should also be familiar with Security Deposit regulations as stated in NRS 118A.242.
