Quiet location, safe, and near Campus
This apartment complex is conveniently located to Touro Nevada, only 5 minutes away from campus. The location is also on a quiet neighborhood without the major traffic found in Stephanie Street. Generally safe community in the apartment complex with just a few loud exaust but not significant where it is a deal ender. The maintenance team is super nice. Over the years response time has increased from within the hour to within 24hours. Overall for the price, if you are living near campus and want a quiet place this is a great option to check out.

It's an expensive roof over your head.
It's a place to sleep. The neighborhood kids trash the front of the apartments and the parents don't care. It's very expensive to live here. There should be 2 parking spots assigned.
