Clean but Plain

The maintenance staff (Veronica, Juan, Jesus) are excellent and much better than staffs at similar complexes. Home office staff not as strong and occasionally tough to deal with - not the kindest or most capable group. Value is average, apartments are neither nice or poor; bathrooms and blinds the worst features.
