Move in went smoothly for the most part. I do feel that walk throughs after apartments are prepped for move in should be done by a woman or someone who cares about the way appliances function. My dishwasher racks were completely rusted through, as if they had been outside in the elements. It's not safe to ingest rust... Another concern is the washer machine had unknown debris from wherever it was being stored. I told maintenance and he wiped it out with a dry piece of paper towel. Moving is stressful enough but I will confirm they fixed both of these issues fairly quickly. The stairs leading up to the units are an eyesore. You can tell they never sweep, power wash or sanitize those areas. I am aware Nevada doesn't get the rain required to keep anything surface level rinsed but since theres also no snow or ice to contend with in the winter, the city could stand to spend whatever money set aside for cleaning the streets and sidewalks a bit more. For private complexes like this one, it would be nice if those keeping the grounds clean would include the stairwell. Even if you only clean them quarterly.

The best property ever this moving experience was very easy. I moved into the unit today and it could not have been more pleasant. My unit is all prepared. It smells good. My tub is is brand. New appliances are brand new and the entire team gave me their upmost gratitude for just even come into the property. I greatly appreciate everything that y’all done for me

I have only been here for one week, but my initial meeting and interaction with staff was refreshing. Sydnee was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable about her job,respecful towards her clients and helpful to her handicap clients. Maintenance took time and answered a few questions regarding some of the questions i had. So i can say i like it here

Good but alot of police show up so it could no be a safe place but i hve never had an issue. The grills have never worked since i got here though
