I have been here for 6 years. No complaints ever until the past appx 12 months. I believe that when someone complains the resident being complained about should be contacted. Not by a threatening note on the door but actual contact. I understand your staff needs to address every complaint, however after so many a staff, I believe from one resident the member should contact the person being complained about so they can let them know there side of things. There have been too many notes on my door that were not justified. One was and I corrected it immediately. The others with threatening notes were not. I again understand the necessity of following up but that needs to be on both sides There are usually two sides especially after several petty complaints. We all live on top of each other. I do not agree with things all the time but that is living in an apartment. Everyone is different and lives there lives differently If you want complete control they need to rent a house. Im kind and I go out of my way to be respectful of others.

I have had renters insurance for 3 months now. However, I am unable to contact rent cafe to upload my insurance document. I have tried calling the office, they tell me there is nothing they can do its dealt with off site. That is really not my problem. I pay my rent and my rent was signed in the office. I should be able to give my insurance document to the office and THEY take the time to get it to rent cafe. I am not going to pay the 40.00 a month for insurance due to my having my own at 65.00 a year. I suggest they figure it out. I asked for a fax number an email address the office does not have one to give me. That is my only complaint

I have been here going on 3 yrs... I think... I have had no issues. When I need maintenance they are here the very next day. Everyone is so cordial and friendly... I am hoping to renew again. I am on a fixed income,, so a rate increase will definitely hurt me... Keep that in mind please..,.
