It's been downhill

The people who have moved in in the last year or two have been difficult to live with. I found and broken beer bottle near my door. There are cigarettes and beer caps thrown out in the back of the apartment by the wall. Their have been children running around and screaming and are not supervised by any adult. Management just gives you lip service. Car speed around and are constantly parking backward which is an apartment violation but nobody cares.

Close to everything

I've lived here for 4 years. The apartments are all renovated and spacious. It's a short 5 minute walk to Touro campus. The maintenance staff are FABULOUS, friendly, and really on top of fixing any little thing. They make living here a pleasure.

The application process was fairly straightforward the staff was very communicative and helpful. The apartments are pretty nice. No complaints yet :)

Lower standards

When I first moved in it was a quiet well kept community. It has gone downhil. Increase cost but a decrease in people living here. Garbage containers are overflowing. The gate is alway broken. The best this about living here is the maintance and the manager. I am sure they have a hard time due to upper management.
