Great place to live
This location to live is great do to all the stores, resturant, movie threater and all the main stores are within a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bus ride.
Unsure why I am doing this
The wood floors send sounds throughvthr floors fairly easily. Sliding door doesn't seal properly. Maintenance requests are done within a day usually.
It does what I need it to do.
Its no luxury suit but the ideal spot for people consolidating for better things.
Make it work
You can make it work for the time here. Parking is easy. The Staff and Maintenance team are great. The pool hours are available until 12midnight. Noise - well it's an apartment complex so you will hear your neighbors easily. If you live near the dog park, constant dark barking because the pet owners don't teach dogs behaviors and they let them poop all over the complex and don't pick up afterwards. Even though pet waste bags are within 250 ft. And with no size constraints on pets. They must have horses too, because these turd piles are huge and out of control. The trash cans are well maintained and emptied twice a week.
