Our apartment was recently renovated and all maintenance requests have been promptly resolved. The property is well maintained, very quiet, and ideally located with bus stops nearby and grocery stores, banks and 2 malls within walking distance. My only 4 stars for "Value" is due to the high rent, but this unfortunately is a Las Vegas-wide phenomenom.
