Bad staff

Rude, they turn off water with no warning. Staff makes up lies. Maintenance requests falls off que and gets marked as completed when nothing gets done. We get charged for valet trash pickup and no one grabs our trash. Then we get threatened with fines for leaving trash outside our door, despite being told to put it outside the door for pickup at 8pm Sunday thru Thursday.

Apartment Review

Rent is going up every year but there’s no improvement in the property as a matter of fact it’s going down. ( for example: no more lights in the parking area, swimming pool and barbecue area is still closed, it’s taken longer now for your maintenance request to be fix )
