Lots of space for a good price, i like it here
Poor construction
The building has a lot of potential. It’s a unique space but the upkeep is beyond bad and its laughable that they label themselves as “luxury”. It seems like the managment company does not care to keep the integrity of the building i.e not actually doing proper turnovers of the units. Im having to do a lot of the repairs myself. One maintenance man and one porter is not enough for the building. My previous building was smaller and had 3 porters that cycled throughout the week and a team of 4 on maintenence(y’all can learn a thing or two from akelius real estate management—the property manager for that building was also very communicative). The 4th floor terrace units, the extension to make the units duplexs, they may well as been built out of shipping container. Why is the outside metal? The neighbors might as well live in our apartment too cause it sure sounds like we share an apartment. Zero insulation.
Good Apartment
Good building, nice staff, great location.
Lovely duplex, building could be better
Love the apartments but think the should invest in a gym, parking is tough and management isn't the best to work witht.
New tenants
I moved in this year (August 2023), and so far pretty pleased with the space/building/maintenance staff. The only inconvenience so far is that in the kitchen/living area, you can hear the neighbors pretty well as if they are in our apartment. I suspect it's due to the tin ceiling panels. I moved from a much louder building so I'm desensitized to it at this point and noise is always expected in apartment buildings anyways.
