parking bad, well maintained buildings, quick service, friendly staff

I have lived here for almost three years, I do like the location. However, many of the maintenance calls put "bandaids" on any of the problems but truly do not fix the problem.

Maintenance never comes when we put in a request, the ceiling has been messed up for 3+ months, and every time they say they will come and spackle and no one does. The building is always a mess, it looks like no one vacuums, elevator is run down, scratches all over the walls The cabinets in our apartment are run down and truly on their last leg - when someone moves out applied has been putting in brand new white cabinets. It should be standard for the whole building, given how run down they are. Overall, I do love living here and applied but there are improvements that could absolutely be made to presentation of the building, maintenance timing, and improving the inside of our apt. Our rent continues to go up, but no improvements have been made.

It's okay, nothing special, but gets the job done.

Loved living in this area the apartment had its pros and cons
