I love living here, great location and great building

I have lived here for 2 years and just re-signed for a third year. I live in the 1203 Washington st. apartments. The apartment and building itself is nice. Everything is kept clean and there are minimal problems with the actual apartment. Parking is not offered and not easy to find (I knew this signing and it's not a problem). Maintenance is pretty responsive and usually does a good job. There has been one job with caulking our tub that was botched. I live on the back side of my building, away from the street. I hardly hear street noise which is wonderful. My noise complaint is the maintenance workers in the courtyard in the mornings. At 8am they are soooo loud. Any resident that needs to sleep past 8am has be ware of the noise level. The staff in the office is generally friendly and responsive. Anything that requires extra paperwork like a roommate swap takes a long time. Some staff members around these things can be disorganized and delayed with their steps. Policies within the lease are frustrating and seem like money grabs. The actual lease itself is why I will not be resigning for a fourth year.

The location of this apartment is amazing. Stores are all close by, at a walking distance. Bus stop is right outside the apartment. Hoboken Path Station is at 20-25mins walking distance and to top it all, the building is very well maintained.
