I've lived here for 3 years now and only have positive things to say. This building is an incredible value for the price. I couldn't ask for a better location - steps to the waterfront and steps to the 126 bus for my frequent trips to Manhattan. The building staff is friendly and helpful. While this is not a luxury building as far as amenities go, having laundry in the building is a huge plus, and the units are modern enough (again, it's the value for the price). The building is kept clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone.

Lived here for 15 months since i work in nyc. the commute is easy and lcoation is good. amenities all work ever since the laundry room was updated. building is usually pretty clean and reliable.

living here for school and the buildings are old, only thing i hate the most is its the smallest kitchen ever and no drain disposal.
