Lived here 7 months. Enjoy the building and location. Clean, well run and maintained. Yes I would recommend this building to others. Wish there was additional storage available.

The main draw for this apartment is the location within Hoboken. Super close to the waterfront, super close to the train station, and super close to Stevens campus. However, the consistently increasing rent was no longer justified for the relative lack of amenities offered compared to other newer developments managed by the same company in other cities.
