Great location but building needs renovations

The building is in great location snd has a lovely lobby. However They need better setup to support packages Club room should have ping pong table or pool table or both Gym is missing a couple of critical machines to complete it a cage and a pull up and dips station theres definetly space for this Lobbies need an update to carpet and doors. Doors need to be improved for noise isolation Apartments like mine still have old finishes and for the large prive increases we are seeing each year theg should have renovations done to these units. Old cabinets in kitchen snd bathroom, counter tops, kitchen tiles

Sovereign

The concierge staff at the Sovereign is hit or miss, Fabian, Ernest, and Desmond are always very helpful and kind. The Amenities are in good condition and well maintained especially considering the amount of traffic they receive from the entire shipyard complex. The gym is one of the best in Hoboken for comparable rental complexes. Overall very positive experience living in the Sovereign.

Overpriced. Raise rent 10% every year. Even the remodeled units need remodeling.
