Management is horrendous. They are rude and they do not communicate well. Utter lack of transparency. They make random decisions out of thin air. Total disregard for resident input/feedback. Really disapointed with my experience at Shipyard overall, especially for the rent and fees that we pay. Ironstate needs to do better.

I've lived in the Berkshire for a year and a half now, and absolutely love my apartment. For a one-bedroom it's very spacious, with excellent appliances and beautiful finishes. Living on the top floor, I have a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River. The floor itself is very well-maintained, with no noise disturbances whatsoever. Parking is on the ground level, so easy access, and maintenance is timely and efficient should I need help with anything (which is basically never!). Perfect access to the ferry for commuters which heads to Hudson Yards. Also the office staff is excellent - they are very helpful, and are pretty prompt to call back if initially unavailable. Concierge are warm and quick to help as well! Absolutely recommend.
