Just OK place to live

Very convenient location for anyone that works in NYC as its a 5 min walk to grove street. The apartments are pretty spacious and very modern.The gym could be better as its very small and still costs $30 monthly for this amenity. After the 1st year the amenity fee increases drastically and requires a very expensive monthly payment to use all the amenities which I did not like. You also have to pay $40 monthly just to receive your mail as they do not give you an option to Opt out of the Cargo delivery system. The noise from the street can also be rather loud for people facing the street.

Ignored noise complaints & unannounced visits into apt.

I had a newborn and they moved someone next to me who found it fun to play EDM (electronic dance music) all day every day. To the point where the walls were shaking and i had to use a white noise machiene which couldnt drown out the entire sound. Leasing office took months to get back to me, it got to the point where i was calling the front desk every other day to submit a noise complaint. They visit your apartment constantly for “inspections”, sometimes unannouced too. They say they’ll come one day and come the next. We didnt have hot water for the entire month of october , when the finally fixed it i was running my baby a bath and the water was practically boiling hot. Building is a hot mess NOT worth it.

Terrible Management

The building is okay but now the view is blocked. Management is money-grabbing and now we have to pay for amenities and to recieve our OWN packages to where we live. Its not worth it anymore. This will be our last year.

highly recommend!

we moved in here in june and are really enjoying it. hopefully we will renew if rent increases aren't crazy like everywhere else in JC!!! staff is friendly, building is clean and newer - none of the amenities are ever really crowded. highly recommend.
