Absolutely love the building, location, and impressed by every single staff member we interface with. We really enjoy living here but due to the inflated rent prices it will be for a shorter period of time than we would like.

When we first moved in over three years ago the building had more amenities, flowers, halloween displays, etc ...that has changed and we don't see those amenities as much.

Not a luxury experience

Given the significant issues we had in transferring from one unit to another, we have been incredibly disappointed in DVORA. From initial frustrations with scheduling the move with Kim and the constant outreach we had to do on our part to understand the timing of the logistics given commitments she made on our previous apartment without telling us to the more than 20 major issues that have take over a month to fix. This does not even account how we are being "nickled and dimed" over fees (amenity fees we did not use during the last 6 months; monthly dog fee that no other tenant we knows pays; not honoring market lease offers that are being made to the general public). I know that if we had known of all these issues, we never would have transferred to a different unit - we would have moved. We have been paying full rent for an apartment which did not have washing machine and microwave operational for the first month, paint residue all over our clothes from a poor paint job in the closets, to so much more. And in the end, owners and management have done nothing to compensate for all the work WE have had to do to get the apartment in the shape it should have been in when we moved in. So incredibly disappointing and not what is advertised about the experience.
