package

I am wondering is the package fee mandatory, if yes, actually it is optional, if not, I live here, why people have right to return my package? When I rent this apartment, I was told that even I do not subscribe the service I can still receive the package, but after I live here, everything changed, every time when I pick up my package, they ask me to pay for the service and said if not, they will return my package. This Tuesday, they just return my passport and I do not know where to find it. Also, it happens that the staff just get into my apartment without my permission

Almost perfect

Everything almost perfect. Trains, which pass near the house very often, cause a little discomfort. Parking - a little bit expensive. It can be free for resident. Maintanance - great. Amenities can be bigger - the gym for example.

Minimal Problems So Far

I have lived her almost 3 years now and the amenities from when I started to know have slowly dwindled. It just seemed that it began to become a money grab for certain things such as the shuttle or bike storage.
