Minimal Problems So Far

I have lived her almost 3 years now and the amenities from when I started to know have slowly dwindled. It just seemed that it began to become a money grab for certain things such as the shuttle or bike storage.

Great place to live

We have been here for almost 6 months and we love it! Amenities are well kept, the kitchen is incredible and the staff is super friendly and helpfull. We enjoy the proximity to Hamilton Park and many local businesses.

We love it!

We live here for the second year. We really like the location (2 blocks from Hamilton Park), the level of service, the concierge service. It would be nice to expand and diversify the gym, as well as make parking free for residents. Also, sometimes the train passing almost under the windows of the complex causes inconvenience.
