Hamilton house review

Love the space and the apartment. Had alot of turb over with employees and maintenance. Wosh it was a couple of blocks closwr to path.

Do not recommend

One thing I discovered AFTER I signed the lease - that was also not stated in the lease was that I had to pay for package deliveries - they call this CARGO delivery. They require you to subscribe $30/mo just to get your packages otherwise they will return your packages. Which is absurd. Just a lot of other overpriced payments that are "required".

"Luxury" Building without Luxury Amenities

Front desk and maintenance staff are great and always helpful. The owner of the building tries to charge for every amenity possible that all other luxury buildings in the area include, including receiving packages at your own address, which is illegal.

Great place to live!

I have been living at Hamilton House for almost 2 years now. Everything you need is near by and it's a great place to be if you need your vehicle near by. All staff are super friendly and helpful.
