This building looks nice on the surface, but management is one of the worst I have dealt with. Once you sign the lease, responsiveness disappears completely. Maintenance requests go unanswered, follow-up is nonexistent, and basic issues are left unresolved for far longer than is reasonable. You end up having to chase management repeatedly just to get acknowledgment of problems, let alone actual repairs. What they do seem highly organized about is pressuring tenants to renew leases. You will hear from them constantly about renewal deadlines while legitimate maintenance and tenant concerns are ignored. The imbalance is hard to miss. They expect prompt communication and compliance from tenants but do not operate with the same level of professionalism themselves. For the price point, the level of management and tenant support is unacceptable. If you are considering moving here, pay close attention to the negative reviews discussing management because they are accurate.

The overall layout of the apartment is nice, but the winter is really cold here, we have a much better experience in the other rental building near by. We need to turn on the AC all the time because the wall and window is leaking cold wind to the apartment, and AC makes the inner area very dry, and it makes us need to by humidifer again. But we don't need to deal with this in previous rental building. This part is really frustrating.
