Long way to go

While the in-building super is super helpful and management has steadily improved since I've moved in, there's constant staffing changes that make it hard to ensure things are being done in the building. Current management will answer some emails, but the app is consistently broken or malfunctioning and the ability to get answers from regular staffers becomes a game of cat and mouse.

It is a great place to live in a nice and quiet neighborhood and on top of that good security is offered for the residents. All the amenities provided are great and it's a pleasure to live here.
