It is up and down. The super in our building is great and so helpful. We have had issues with noise but havent been too bad lately. We have had no washer for 3 weeks now. We also had an inspection done where they ran around russing and caused many issues- didnt screw the sink back together and we had a leak which ruined some items under it, they broke the habdle off our window and left our fire alarms out of the wall. They were rushing so much im not sure they actually checked anything. We do love the location and have lived here 4 years now. The value is a bit hard as we are loyal renters for 4 years but cost keeps going up a lot for rent.

I've lived here for two years, and it has been a consistent struggle with the disruptive loud music and pounding coming from the gym in the basement. The staff has not been useful. I simply want a peaceful place to live. I am forced to move out due to this issue.
