Great location, few complaints
My roommate and I are going on three years in HSN. We love the location of our building and have enjoyed living here however, find the 333 Concierge very unfriendly and at times rude. Also, YoY our rent has gone up although we do not have ANY amenities or improvements in our building. It’s making this building/management less appealing.

We will reach out to the concierge management to address the behavior you mentioned, as we want all residents to feel welcomed. Regarding amenities, we understand your concerns. Unfortunately, the building's design limits available space for additional amenities, and we do not charge amenity fees.
Review
- No parking for residents in the building just in another building far away. Hard to manage with small children. - There is a smell in the corridors next to apartments - Elevators fix time are long, Elevators are slow and can wait for 10 minutes for one to come by - Location can be very noisy on weekends - windows are not blocking the noise as expected
