the gym is very loud, and packed. The building is getting old, and the floors are lifting up inside the unit. Also your resident portal is broken

Fixtures and fittings need upgrading in apartment, bathroom is old, cupboards are cheap, etc. Disappointing to have had the water and sewage added to the rent on top of an increase, This singular action has lost my trust and will likely see me move on.
