Shipyard Review

Its a great staff and community. However if youre facing the pool it can be quite loud on weekends. The lighting isnt the best. And while the area is nice with lots of options its not the best for internationals/expats. Additionally, getting to midtown consistently take 45 mins-1hr which can be brutal. It’s better if you work on Wallstreet.

Best location in town

Best location in town. cannot beat the ease to the ferry and the beautiful waterfront. Apartments are super dated. Definitely wouldn't consider the complex to be a "luxury apartment" as there are many many nicer buildings. But Shipyard definitely has the best location.
