Great location though rents way up, quality down

The Shipyard is located in a great location especially for those that need to commute in/out of NYC. As with the rest of Hoboken though rent is rising at an unsustainable rate especially when you consider how outdated the apartments and amenities are quickly becoming - hallways remind me of a dorm room building . In addition, it seems the new management company is slashing amenities or making them way more expensive (gym/pool costs way up, cu, took away 24 hour doorman, etc.) - have to re-coup the sales price somehow I guess.

Great views and Fantastic Staff
