We love it here

The building and community care. We have been living here just over 2 years. The proximity to NYC without having to be there, meeting new friends constantly. The entire building and Applied/IRONSTATE staff are there for us.

issues with townhouse 1 NI

the condition of our townhouse NI TH1 when we moved in was unacceptable. We are still waiting on maintenance to address many requests that were submitted and left unanswered. I was away quite a few days during the summer but when I called to say I'm back they don't respond or come by. I am extremely upset with the issues in the townhome and lack of effort by maintenance to quickly resolve these issues.

Overpriced

Place is outdated and the pool is a disaster. You’ll be lucky not to get hit in the face with a ball or water gun. Literally saw an 85 year old or older get jumped on by a child.
