Have been in this building for some time now and really enjoy living here. That being said, the kids are next-level frustrating. During the summer, it's the pool and outdoor spaces; during the winter, it's the outdoor spaces and hallways. No one wants to ruin the kids of the building from having fun, but it's tooooo much. Common spaces are for everyone, and everyone deserves to have a reasonably quiet space. Office (Rachel) and maintenance staff are top-notch and a large part of what gives the building its charm.

- Automatic parking is very inconvenient - Apartment Appliances feel like they're from the 90s - Floor feels like plastic - The halls smell like weed - Parts across the building and apartment have holes

We have lived here for a few years and have loved every second of the building amenities, residents, atmosphere and location of the Vine. The management is very responsive with any issues and is on the ball with notifications regarding any building maintenance or interruptions.
