Expect for the noise part everything is good I have been staying since October location-wise its very good to me because I can walk to stevens in 9 minutes However Management is very good and most of the times didnt get respond and had roommate issues which was not dissolved.

Like the place, good amenities, good hygiene maintained. I don't like the heater rule.

Only setback ot this apartment is parking is a pain as itnis actoss hoboken. No dishwasher. Other than that, laundry is very convient with an app, trash shoot is easily accessible, the apartment is quiet and spacious. Over happy with the place.

I have lived here for over a year now, and this is still the best deal I have heard for a 3-bedroom in Hoboken. I lived in Applied Housing before this apartment, and I was happy to stay with the company.

Really enjoy living in applied housing and cant say enough great things! I only wish the laundry machines were a bit better in the shared area as they are broken a lot of times

I've lived at this apartment for the past 2 years and am excited for one more before I graduate Stevens. The living space is very nice, it's very spacious for the price which is perfect for small get-togethers. The kitchen is great, bedrooms are large enough to fit everything we need. The view from my window is a downside, and my room only has one window so it's hard to get air circulation, but that's not the case for my roommates (I just pulled the short straw so to speak). The price is very reasonable for the area, many similar apartments are more expensive. I've had some noise issues, parties late at night in the area (not in the building) and noises from the apartment above me. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied.
