Broken elevator cameras, trash in hallways sometimes, some loud tennats, but it has a great location, views of the park, nice people (evevn if they are messy), and spacious. Maintenace workers are great. Fix it more consistently, and cameras for safety reasons, and it's a great spot.

I enjoy the buildings location and the apartment space itself. We have had an abundance of issues, though, since moving in and although most have been resolved some have taken a long time or not been resolved properly. I have had packages stolen and have emailed the building and left voicemails and no one has ever gotten back to me which has caused me to lose over $50. My clothes have been ruined by the disgusting washing machines with black mold (?) stains which still have never come out.I think rent is high considering there are little to no amenities but I understand that is just part of Hoboken. Hoping this review gets to the right person who will really take what people are saying into consideration.
