It has good points and some need updated like a water line to get ice cubes in refrigator / freezer.

Change

I like the location but the amenities are small. They should update things like a water line for a refrigerator water door. I have been here for 8 years and they have not updated anything. The carpet is not good. No painting of walls. We lived in Autumn Grove any every year we got 3 choices and pick one. One was. Paint one wall, give you a ceiling fan and I can’t remember the 3rd. I wish they had that here. I love our manger she is awesome and the current maintenance man does a fantastic job. Thank you.

Love my apt

I have been very pleased living at the Fairway Apartments. It’s heen a great home for me and my dog. I love that there is a dog park on site and also walkable areas in the neighborhood too. My apartment has all the right storage I need and has been spacious and very comortable for me. Neighbors are all very friendly in the complex. Any maintenance requests I’ve had have been minor issues, but the staff responds fast!
