Maximum Number of Pets: 2 Maximum Weight Limit: Our property team can answer your questions regarding weight limits Monthly Pet Fee: $35 per pet One-Time Nonrefundable Pet Fee: $350 for the first pet, $150 for each additional pet Breed Restrictions: No Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans Pincers, Chows, Akita, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, or mixes of these breeds are allowed. We reserve the right to add additional breeds to this list at any time. Conditional Breeds on having a Canine Good Citizen Certificate are: Dalmatians, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and German Shepherds.

The staff are polite and friendly, if I have any questions or issues they are willing to help and mak me feel comfortable. Maintenance is awesome, whenever I have sent out a maintenance request the issue is fixed quickly. I keep to myself but the some of the other residents in my building are nice.
