On the morning of June 29, 2026, I placed an order for an AC replacement. Despite a heavy repair schedule, Ray came over and replaced my AC unit this afternoon. It was late afternoon and I know Ray has had a challenging day before coming over, yet he arrived with the same friendly smile and preceded to remove the old unit, clean the mounting area, and place a new unit and run it. He was here for less than 20 minutes and did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the promptness of service and the outcome—Thank you Ray. Of note, I have been a tenant for less than a month and have met and spoke with Ray on several occasions while he was servicing the pool. Ray is an indispensable asset to the FLATS. Ray’s friendly demeanor, dedication to service, and willingness to go above and beyond expectations is to be recognized and rewarded.

Its quiet and have had no issues so far. Just wish walking to places was wasier. But im also disabled so im at a disadvantage anyway
