Should be remodeled

I haven't lived here very long, I will keep you posted. However, whomever paints,"fixes," cleans, the apartments after someone moves out, doesn't have any idea what cleaning means. I don't think anyone has ever done anything except paint over nails, dirt, mold vacuum and take your hard earned money. My sink in the bathroom is clogged and it's leaking underneath.. I could and will continue at a later date. I love living here, the staff is super friendly, the people are terrific. It seems to be a community, as it should be, so

Not all good

Lived here for 5yrs. They only reason I stay because it was center between everything from shopping to school and family houses. Overall you get ur car tow here plenty of time and car broken into or get hit by other cars or visitor. So it pretty much live here at your own risky and extra money taken out of pocket.

Hello, Unfortunately, our parking can be muddled at times (some more than others); it's an issue our team is working meticulously to fix. We do require all our leaseholders (anyone over 18) to register their vehicles. In addition, we offer guest parking in our overflow lots. We also have several garages available to rent throughout the property. By working with our towing vendor we strive to ensure that all of our parking policies are being followed so that residents are able to find adequate parking and avoid adverse actions. I know it's not the speediest fix. Still, we are doing our best to monitor the situation while working on an accommodating solution.

Great Value

The apartments are a great value for what you receive. The location is close to almost any area of town, parking is adequate, but can be a little far from your building in the evenings. The utilities work consistently. I've had a few issues over the last few months, but nothing major, everything was working again the same day. Utility costs are also very reasonable. The building is a little older, so the floors are very creaky. This results in a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors. There are no weird smells or issues with bugs/rodents. The grounds are kept in good order as well. Overall I'm very happy with my choice to live here and things are about as expected. I would recommend taking a tour in person. If you like the way it looks, you should be happy here as well.
