I have lived here since 2005. Even though costs have gone up over that time, I still feel the location and the overall quiet atmosphere has encouraged me to stay. The after-hours maintenance crew are outstanding and went above and beyond for me one evening when I had locked myself out. The staff has worked with me when I have had financial issues. I do wish that the overall outside appearance was better based on the increases on prices over the years, but overall, I would recommend Westwood to anyone!

For the price the apartment is good, but the apartment above me needs something to keep the noise down. It aounds like everyone that walks in is stomping around and for the first two months i out up with it but now that i e been living here for almost a year it is so annoying. Neighbors across from me are nice, parking isnt too bad - maybe aome garages would be nice. Havent had any issues with appliances except for all the outlets were loose? I couldnt plug anything in without them falling out. Water is good, nice balance between hot n cold.

I have lived here since 2005 and stayed because of the great location, the overall atmosphere, and the courtesy of the staff! I have been most impressed with some of the maintenance staff who have gone above and beyond for me in the past. The office staff has always been courteous and friendly towards me and worked with me when facing financial struggles. I wish that rent did not go up every year without seeing major improvements, but I understand the increasing cost of doing business. I have been glad to see many improvements this year with the paint, carpeting, A/C and furnace units being upgraded.

I’ve been here for about 4 months now and have no complaints. The customer service from the ladies in the office are amazing. Maintenance does a good job at completing orders as well. There’s no noise and central located near everything.

I have lived here for 16 years and, overall, I have been happy. I like being very close to shopping and the bus lines. I wish they were able to maintain entry doors and the appearance of the common areas. I will say, that whenever I do have a maintenance issue, it is handled quickly and completely, and the staff is usually willing to work with me on any other issues I may have.
