This is the third complex I have lived in in Omaha over the last 6 years. A little thinner walls than other complexes I have lived in, and some pretty deep potholes in the parking lot -- HOWEVER, the floor plan layout of the 1 bed/1 bath is awesome (really open), though I wish the kitchen had more counter space and was more open. Laundry room in each building, double entrances, hot water lasts an amazingly long time, great amount of storage for the unit, and good size balconies
