Pet Rent is $35.00 per pet.   Comments: Our community is happy to accept Cats, Dogs, Birds, and Fish only. Pets must be at least six (6) months of age. No pets over forty (40) pounds when fully grown. Pet deposit is $189.00 per pet. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit. There are breed restrictions against Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, any mix thereof, or any other recognized vicious breeds of dogs. All pet animals must be currently vaccinated and licensed according to local city ordinances.

Lived here 12 years. Great location, convenient to everywhere I need to go. Reasonably safe and quiet. Staff has been very cooperative and friendly, my thanks to them. I have a garage where I park, but if I do have to park ouside in the lot for whatever reason finding a space is usually quite a problem. While my apartment is nice, it lacks adequate space to store my belongings, which I've found rather unusual for an apartment of this scale. I'm having to pay extra rent to use an outside storage facility to hold all my belongings. (The apartment I previously lived in had a walk-in closet, a closet on the patio, and storage units of their own right on their property). I'll give them credit to the fact they built up shelves inside my apartment which did help out with this situation somewhat. Otherwise, I've been overy pleased and have enjoyed my time living here.
