Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit. There are breed restrictions against Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, any mix thereof, or any other recognized vicious breeds of dogs. Stop Renting to Illegal Immigrants
I've lived here for more than 5 years and never had any problems with noise or disturbances after dark until they started renting to illegal immigrants about a year ago. None can speak English, they overcrowd the apartments, there are car repairs being done daily out of their garages and the parking area typically has empty alcoholic beverage containers and other garbage lying around. It has gotten better in the last month or so, but this Summer was ridiculous. I couldn't drive in the lot to park without coming close to running over kids playing without parental guidance. Most parking spaces were taken up by broke down or unregistered vehicles. And if you like polka, just go outside - it was typically playing until 2am with 2-3 people basically yelling when speaking.

So far I like it. Is just parkiing lot has to many ?? they dont use it.
