We have been waiting on new windows for 1 1/2 years. When it rains or snows it comes in through the top of the window. We were promised all kinds of new things when we got in (new countertop, bathroom updates, new windows) but to be honest we just want our new windows at this point. When the snow comes it gets so cold in here our heat has to run all day and night. But other than that everything else seems fine.
