Looks beautiful but made cheaply.

Ceilings are cracking? Tile grout crumbling, paint comes off when you wash the walls, kitchen sink scratching and difficult to get wayer stains off counters. Power outlets are in weird places, not where you would expect or convenient to use. The carpet id very cheap and already fraying.

Great place to live

Moved in in august. Alartments are modern and well designed. Garages are long and narrow, my car fits though. Very quiet complex, i rately hear my beighbirs. Overall i feel like im getting a good value for my rent dollars and management is reaponsice as well. Also apartments are very well insulated. Temperatures have stayed very stable in my home without a/c or heat on, which makes utilities also quite affordavke.
