not the best experience

Im a resident in the southwest gables Q one ( for 3 years ), after the new manager company came everything is just became complicated, specially the website, maintenance etc. Automatic payments are super complicated, they charged me extra fees and is was their fault of not bringing enough information or options, the worse part is for maintenance they just don't care about residents, they makes me feel that they only care of money but not the comfort of the people....
