What others love about this property:
Pretty solid
Theres some small things here and there that are lack luster but the staff works really hard and are super friendly and helpful. Plus the location is perfect.
Great city living
I have enjoyed the location as it is close to many restaurants and attractions in Omaha. That being said, they have not been very helpful when weve had an issue with the apartment. Some of the things weve asked for have not been resolved in a month
Rapdily Deteriorating
Maintenance requests open for half a year without resolution. Reoccurring issues with heat and hot water No security patrol (police call outs) Poor cleaning of public areas (vomit on carpet for 2mo now) Core elevators down for 3mo Call box entry system is poorly maintained and ancient Drafty apartments with poorly insulated windows Garage entry system encourages rim damage and requires 8' long arms due to install method Animal waste build up in all areas around building Black mold in air vents system Garage doesn't manage water flow from rain so floor is constantly wet
Poor Maintenance
I've lived here for two years and the location is great, but the maintenance takes days/weeks to show up for even issues that are somewhat serious. Then you email the front office and they don't reply. I've lived at 5 other apartments and never had that problem. It's clear maintenance is very understaffed, but that doesn't seem to matter to the management. I like my view, but I don't think I would recommend this place to a friend.
