The building is going downhill fast, and the people in the local and national office aren’t helping. They’ll extract every dollar out of this place before it gets condemned

I have never not been able to get in touch with management before. The people in the office just sit there with the door locked because they are sales. The number given to call does not work. No phone calls are ever returned. I’m having a frightening issue with my upstairs neighbors right now, and I can’t get a hold of anyone and the cops said they can’t do anything. The people are in general nice. It is a great location. But if you have any issues you are SOL. I have never had neighbor issues ever before in any building and the one time I need management, they are not there. And that is scary.

Theres some small things here and there that are lack luster but the staff works really hard and are super friendly and helpful. Plus the location is perfect.

I have enjoyed the location as it is close to many restaurants and attractions in Omaha. That being said, they have not been very helpful when weve had an issue with the apartment. Some of the things weve asked for have not been resolved in a month
