I enjoy living at L15, the location is amazing but the things that stand out to me as being subpar are: lack of washer/dryers in complex (4 ea), very limited parking for those not willing/able to pay 1/10th of rent a month for a dedicated space, and the floors creak A LOT. I can hear when my upstairs neighbor moves in their sleep, thats how loud it is; it sounds like someone is opening my front door and freaks me out every time it happens. (some shims or supports in the flooring/ceiling would fix this for us tenants) Overall, I can't complain too much, its a really nice place to live aside from the listed things above. Thanks!

Small Studio living, if you're single it's enough space. Decent sized bathroom, kitchen is small but full range and fridge work fine. Original Woodwork is found throughout the apartment, gives it character. Plenty of storage with two pretty big closets. Has a old school ironing board you pull out of the wall, it's neat, decent price Cat friendly. Close to the interstate easy access to all the 24th street stores and taco trucks down the block. Not too bad and it's quiet.
