Great Location

Location is very convenient. I wish there was more parking for guest. There are very few spots before the gate that allow guests to park, everywhere else near the building requires paid parking. I have a room facing the main street and it is very noisy. People passing by the building are load and you can hear the light rail.

Great uptown place

I’ve lived here for two years and you can’t beat the location. It’s close to all major city attractions will far enough to be away of the city center noise. All of the community staff have been helpful and friendly. The value is not bad.

The process from application to currently being here for 3 months has been seamless. Tika and Elijah were very pleasant while assisting me with the entire process. The property itself is maintained very well and I havent encountered any obnoxious neighbors. Garbage is picked up promptly and there are always resident events each month.
