Great amenities but several issues

The amenities at the apartment are great but the windows/walls are very thin. You can hear the cars outside very clearly and it gets super loud. Ceiling noise is fine, but sometimes we can hear our neighbors. We have faced several water issues with our unit too.

CENTRIC GATEWAY

Centric is a great space. Prime location on edge of Uptown Charlotte. Spacious units. Friendly atmosphere. Great staff. I've been here for 4 yrs & love it!

Centric Living

I love living in centric Gateway it is right in the outside of uptown so I am very close to things but I'm also not right in the city so I was never too noisy or too loud. My only complaint would be the lack of parking for guest other than that it has been great living here!
